What a wonderfully quaint, anti-corporate notion: Your neighbors, being neighbors, take great pride in what they sell you, and realize that there is more to quality and craft than "LOW LOW PRICES. EVERYDAY".
My bones ache for such a world.

A refreshing scene for sure, Mark. Love the colors and exposure. I like also the different shapes of the walkway, and the street.
Very nice work, Lori :)

This image appeals to me on many different levels! The colors have this metallic feel but they are still warm! The street seems lifeless but after a longer look its full of life! The lines are strong geometric but the ?street? is still cozy and the entrance is so welcoming! It went to my Favorites because I like the complexity of it- I tend to go with horizontal layouts more-

You should really give the owner of the shop a framed copy of this image! Maybe you could have him/her stand by the door and re take the pic? ;)
