About
My new Canon Eos Digital Rebel XT arrived last night(!!!) and after taking a few test shots in the house, the first thing I did with it was prop it on a tripod and drag it out to the front yard to attempt my first astrophotography with a dSLR. I did some astrophotos like 2 years ago with a film camera, but this was rather different... especially since I had it in the front yard, in the middle of a city with plenty of light pollution (which showed up as a lovely pink!), and several street lights shining behind me. Anyways, its nothing great in terms of astrophotog but I thought the overall effect was cool... let me know what you think! :)
Congratulations on the first picture with your new camera!! This came out really nicely, I think - the pink light reflecting off the haze adds a really nice dimension to this!
Congratulations on your new camera! I am so envious. How did you get a wink of sleep, knowing it was sitting there waiting to be explored, or waiting to go exploring with you.
Saludos a mi hermanita!!
Wow! It's very nice shot dear Kessia! I think it's modified capture. After that I realized this is not PS work, therefore just congratulations. Nice find! This one wonderful pink and purple colors, beauty tree silhouettes. Nice composition, great work! Best wishes! Robert
great shot.. love the colors.. a bit of noise in the image but that is understandable maybe a program (like neat image) can clean it up a bit...good one
