About Took this shot in New Hampshire on a recent visit to the Northeast coast. This rose was in the back yard of my girlfriend's dad's house.

I believe this is my first B&W floral shot, so critique is welcome. I almost wish I had made the highlights a bit lighter, but I do like how sultry this shot appears as it is.

Why is this for me, huh? I think I like it in B&W, but the color was easier to see. It seems like it needs some more contrast or to be brighter...
