I agree the seats on the upper deck are the best way to see and explore London. I've always wanted to take a picture such as this, so well done and thanks for the inspiration . This goes straight in the favourites...

Then I'll up the "superb" to "fantastic" (though I've got nothing against PS and use it lots myself). The colours are very strong, and the distortion is such that the image becomes almost abstract, though still clearly a street scene in London. You've even got the bus stop sign in the image!

Definitely rain, plus minimal PS adjustments (+contrast -size), taken from a front seat, upper deck. Best way to see London.
