I think that the PS is way over done. As most photographers will attest, its a good shot, if you didn't have to doctor it up after the fact. If you're really burning it in, then you need to close down lens and stick some flashes in there. As for the "extreme" feeling? I think it feels extremely contrived. Sorry man, its a BIG no-no for me.
I'm gonna disagree with the other 2 here. I actually kinda like this one. It is a little much, however it really gives the viewer that 'extreme' feeling.. dunno. my 2 cents.
