This was taken in early morning. I like the "fur" on the unopened blossom. What do you think? Too bright? Too boring a flower. Too many poppy pictures in the world? I thank you very much for your comments!
I think you have done a splendid job and captured the poppy in a different way. Yes, there are a lot of poppy shots around, but not two are the same. This is more different than most, as it shows a different angle and perspective.
A couple of things I would like to suggest:
. The water drop on the unopened blossom are a tad distracting . There's just a bit too much DOF. Personally I would prefer a more defocused background.
