So cute!
This is what my wife and kids call a flat dog.
Our dogs will flatten out on the floor like roadkill.
My daughter heard me say in passing to my cocker,
"Oh logit that flat doggie"
She calls that resting position a flat doggie to this day.

Thanks for your comments. She had just finished drinking from her water bowl making her nose soaked. That's why it doesn't appear dry but actually is in focus. Unfortunately the chair was stuck under her front armpit so there was no way her ears could be in focus and not the chair. She's a huge dog and if I wanted all of her in focus I had to use an area focus not single.

Makes me sleepy just looking at him. I like how you got down at his level. I think it could be improved just a little if the focus was a little more forward - the chair in the background more out of focus, and his nose a little more in focus. I also have many pictures with the same kind of focus problem. It is a challenge to get it just right.
