Use the oil in your bath water creating a wonderfully fragrant bath to lift the spirits, adding after the bath is drawn, is best.
Place a few drops of pure lavender oil on a bowl of dry rose petals to create a fragrant potpourri.
Pure Lavender oil mixed with Almond oil is suitable for: muscular aches, PMS, headaches, promoting equilibrium, assisting new cell growth,to sooth and calm, relieving depression, fighting insomnia, calming anxiety, assisting with chest ailments, hair and skin condition as well asrelieving muscle tension.
Add Lavender dried pods in a gauze sachet inside your pillow slip, or with your little nothings.
Flights from Paris & London etc to Cannes are cheap (easyjet), rent a car... for it is only a 20 minute drive,and stop at Mougins for lunch, or a little bit more from Nice, in which case stop in Vence or St.Paul!
