Again, slightly over-exposed.
I also shoot with a 20D and routinely shoot at -1/3 to - 1/2 EV to prevent my whites from getting blown out (as is seen on the cow's face and on Summer's shoulder and forehead.

Thanks for asking about why I took the photo. I have been taking photos for the designer of the dress the model is wearing. The designer has been interested in various farm related locations and I catpured the photo as a test shot for a potential location for the next photo shoot. The photo is just one of several test photos to see if a farm theme would work well for the designers fashions. Well, you have a beautiful model, and a nice cow. Perhaps you could let me know what you were trying to portray in this photo? It is perfectly exposed and good quality, but for me, it lacks visual interest.
I do not mean to offend, I am trying to understand why you took the photo so I may help by making suggestions.
