thx, here is your answer: don't remember the settings sorry (about 1/60 and 4/5.6) and the use of a Sb 28 speedlight(-1) Scanning was done one a HP flatbed/copier/fax, normally i use my own minolta negative scanner. What about your answer about one of your spider pictures(one with flash from below), why did you use positive flash compensation !!???

Hi Menno, nice and refreshing angle at this fungus. Nice handling on the fill flash, preventing distracting shadows. Just curious. What shutterspeed and aperture did you use? I'm jealous of the outstanding quality of this scan, too... Razor sharp, very well done!
