Hello Ben, no filters. Distance...i was on a roof terras (3 high), lets say about 100 a 200 meters? But these fireworks were extremely big, not in a normal store for sale ;)

This shot wasn't planned but!..a couple of people were shooting these giant bombs for 30 min every 5 min on the same spot.
I could see when there was a big bang comming up again because of the large fire exhaust. Only thing i had to do was aim and press. So it was a bit of luck ;)

Hi Menno, this is an awesome shot! Very impressive capture! Was this in any way planned like this (except for the idea of trying to capture fireworks)? Or did you hit a lucky streak with this one catching it dead perfect?
