About Besides food and herps and so on there also is a lot of, I would say tourist crap, but it could be for the locals also. Like plates and watherpipes and so on. Long before I even came to Istanbul and the bazaars I tought of making a serial with lots of close up shots. This is the result.
Please tell me what you think,
Greets Tim.

I like your choice of focus and dof. I can see that there would be a lot of possibilities for this "project". I can only second Hugo's film suggestion - the Fuji press is great for a fast color negative film.

Thanks for the film tip. I've been doing some research lately to a good push-able film and ideed fuji press came out best. Could you add the attechment again, I think it was to big, can't see it.
Greets Tim.

Hi Tim, I think that's always a very interesting and good approach, to think through the shots you are planning to take prior to arriving on the scene... I think it worked out well, too.

I think the yellow tones, although still there, are much less aparent / intrusive as in the previous shot, and I do like the compsoition. Good choice of DOF, too.

I noticed you pushed the Kodak 200 ASA by two stops! That might also explain the quality. Taking that in mind, I think it's still well handled with only a minor loss in quality. I think a slight level tweak could pump the image a bit; see attached.

Good shot, very well taken. Pushing two stops with a film that isn't really designed for that is always tricky... Try Fuji Press, that film, although a bit more expensive can be very well pushed or pulled, without a visual loss of quality.

Cheers,

Hugo
