I live in the country and wild pigs and kangaroos are ripe. Iknow the consensus on roo shhoting around the world, but honestly they are vermin. So there are professional roo and pig shooters that kill the animals and then they are collected in chillers (on the back of the truck above) and shipped off to places that prepare them usually for the overseas meat market. This particular one was done in competition form. They even had their rigs judged for complying with standards, cleanliness, setup, etc. Judi
