Brad, did you venture inside the cubby hole? Did you bring your flashlight? Were you prepared to explore what?s behind the door? How about just holding the camera at arms length from the safety of the sunlight and snapping a picture? What lies behind the door?.. this picture looks like something right out of the shinning, The Stephen King version, or Stanley Kubrick.. whoever you think was better directing it. It?s a great chilling type of photo and it fit?s your series. ~Mike

Ohh that floor again! Wow. Would be vey interested one day to see a colour of this. For now I guess I'd hate to ask you to break the spell. Excuse me, I am very naieve to d.o.f. and know it's hard enough to achieve on c.c.d. but wonder if here an infinity setting would have been o.k. or whatever it is one does to loose the bokeh, presently is the focus at the floor? Both doors are features to me that glorious decay... or are we just in the presence of low light shake here? Any way congrats continue in this inspired story telling.

This one creeps me out too. Your composition is impeccable, I like how the ceiling slope leads down to the door. I also like the ragged edges of the doorframe. To the left in the darkness appears to be a glimpse of something-looks like a shirt or something-almost ghostly like. Great contrast~
