I love it. I really like the compositon and the fact that it is even harder for the little turtle because it goes up the hill. The way the spots are all washed in one direction seem like other creatures joining him :)

This is a great humorous photo. I like the size of the turtle compared to the angle in which you shot the road.

I hope he made it. I really like the perspective you put in this one. Those large expansive curves going up from the turtle works wonderfully.

What a scofflaw - passing on a double yellow line! :) I wasn't sure about the tilt, but I've decided it adds a nice tension - especially reinforced by the direction of the lines. Turtles often get hit by cars around here - I'm one of those that pulls off the road, runs back and helps them across! :)

I suppose the hare went zooming off around that corner, not realizing there was a shortcut through the river. You sure did capture the two different speeds.

Great perspective and detail Rebecca. The angle you took this at makes it look like more of an ardous uphill climb for the little guy. He seems to be looking up to see just how far he still has to go. Great capture.

Nice work to capture such a fleeting moment!
HAHAHA :)
Like Hugo said, the composition is awesome and contrasts to great effect with the subject.
They should put up a sign to drivers to prevent these guys becoming road grease...

Hi Rebecca, I really love the dynamic composition of this shot. The slightly slanted landscape and the curve in the lines. Awesome shot, very well composed. Even though you took it "just for a laugh", It's professionally captured. Very well done.
Cheers,
Hugo

No Tim..it was fairly early morning and not a lot of traffic on that road. He was headed for the river. I let nature take it's own slow course lol..
