About The Seattle water taxi caught on a golden sunny evening from Alkai beach. The ferry in the background is bringing cars and people back from Bainbridge Island to downtown, with Queen Anne Hill rising in the background.

It was a splendid evening.

Yeah, I guess the waterline at dead center could be improved, Kriss. Thanks!

So nice mood captured, and what a beautiful light on the boat and background! Maybe a little bit to much water at bottom... no? It makes the horison a bit to much centered I think.

I like the way the low angle of the sun is illuminating those building on the far shore. Would have been nice if the other boat was completely in the shot as well... but I suppose life's not perfect, huh ;)

By the way the blue in the windmill shot is natural light it was just very intense that particular evening. The only extra was a polarizing filter that was on the lens at the time.
