That is very cool. I always like to see an artist at work! The B&W seems necessary....Couldn't imagine it without it.

Fascinating, Michael. So interesting to see you grappling with reducing this complexity down to the simplicity of B&W. Framing and composition are spot on, but maybe a colour filter of the right kind would have separate the painter's right hand and torso from the lotus blossoms. As usual, you have captured the full range of tones.
