Hi Jon dearest,no,I didn't use the flash for this photo. Let me explain you something : when you do a photo in studio there are particular lamps which require a WB adjustment for fluorescent or tungsten which equal 3000 to 3200 Kelvin more or less.
With this adjustment you cannot use the flash,otherwise your photos will have a terrible red cast.
So what you can do is use a very high ISO speed ( 800-1000 ) and, if you have this option on your camera,use the noise reduction.
Despite the two lamps I had on the set the available lights at times were very low depending on the position of the model from the source of light and the focal used. The more you close up,the less is the light, unless lights are positioned for portraiture which is not in this case,nor in the other ones of this series.
Regrettably I don't have a 2.8 f zoom,nor is it a stabilized one,so I have to manage the best I can.
As you know I don't have my own studio therefore I cannot use the tripod and shooting handheld can be very difficult and for that reason I set also the "continuos focus " mode to avoid the blur.

Ti ricordi che ti dissi che mi piacevano i tuoi ritratti? Mi mancavano un po', ma questo rimedia alla grande per la bellezza della modella, l'eleganza dell'inquadratura, per la sensualità della posa e per la profusione di dati tecnici (il meeting con Paolo è stato produttivo!). L'ombra della mano sulla gamba è una piccola imperfezione che ti si può perdonare perchè l'illuminazione (non so se è fatta all'esterno o in studio, anche se propendo per quest'ultimo) è praticamente perfetta.
