About This Mourning Dove has been nesting atop a fence post in our back yard for three weeks now. She is sitting a clutch of two eggs. I took this about an hour before a thunder storm. She came thru just fine!

That sounds like a great idea but I have not figured out how to shut the DAMN flash off on all the modes yet. I know "Read the book". Maybe the film shots will be better.

WOW...that stormy sky sure works perfectly with this image. What a neat photograph! Almost looks 3D. Had you used a tripod, this would have been so much better because there wouldn't be flash fill shadows. (what do you think?)
But overall, nice image!!
