Hmmm. Don't think of it so much as 'noise', Hugo, but more as 'texture'!!
I'm with the others on this one but, as you say, it's all a matter of taste!!

Hmmm. Don't know if the deliberate softening of the image really works here. I think it emphasises the noise a bit too much, Chris. I like the centered composition, though, and the S602z has a great macro lens, doesn't it? (that's what I do miss about the camera....)

The frame is a bit heavy for my taste, but needless to say, that's a subjective matter. But then again, I'm no expert on florals either, and I seem to be alone in this opinion....;o)
