My sugestion: "Too young..."
Lovely picture because you got a very exceptional expression in a child.She looks like thinking of next problems to face in her life,but in an age too young to became concerned with such thoughts.So, my sugestion, too soon to be so concerned.

I perfectly agree with Norizah and Micky about the name for this photo.
The girl is really very cute and sweet and has two lovely dreamy eyes.
Love this pic. The effects are well chosen and amazing. The grain and even the frame make the whole very soft.

Beautiful portrait! She looks deep in thought. I don't know what I'd title it,
but I'd keep in mind that she is very young and seems to have much on her mind.
Oh! How about: "Through the eyes of a child." Well, maybe not. Or something like that?
