needs to be sharper, i'd also crop the right side to get the further column, the shadow at the bottom, and the reflection on the top out of there. this would simplify the image and put more focus on your subject. good eye though, and that's whats really important in my opinion.

nice photo.. you should have made her the subject of your photo and did a close up.. you could still angle it to see the hallway as well.. the shadows on the floor could have been used maybe... but the hallway itself is not that appealing..
