This photograph was well composed because the MAIN CHARACTER is centered in the photograph without any distractions. The characteristics of a good photograph is to make a statement and not let the 'eye' of the viewer 'wander all over the photograph' in order to appreciate the main subject of the photograph. She has done an excellent job by not making the photo 'too busy' and yet the balance of light is just right and makes it a pleasure to view the photograph. GOOD JOB, YOU SHOULD BE PROUD.
