A real sense of the motion of the moment. If you were into digital, I guess this would be one for the "movie" sequence. As it is, you have captured in this single shot the frenzied fluttering as well as--or better than--you could have in a ten-second movie sequence! I wonder whether it might have been even more effective if the stationary objects and people had been sharper images? The contrast would certainly have been stronger... but perhaps too strong? Having them ALL more or less blurred doe give the shot some internal consistency, making it look "more of a piece."
