I back lit the flower, and I knew it will become yellowish because of the tungsten light, so I decided to push the yellow by the filter. Aperture bracketing, preferred the sharper one.
Afzal, you can use both Manual and Autofocus, but you still need to get closer and farther physically, this is a draw back of the close up lenses. One more thing, do not use more than 2 close up lenses at a time, to get as mush sharpness as you can. The real macro lens , rings and bellows, deliver higher sharpness and quality. And if you have a mirror lock up in your camera, cable relaese it is an advatage.
