About While I was shooting at Al Ashmonine, Menia... too many kids asked me to shoot them... so I asked them to run up to the stairs.... surprisingly... all of them ran :)... and they were extremely happy and cooperative... they even raised their hands when I asked them to do so.

Aiman, this latest batch of photos is REALLY good. Great colours here, though its not completely sharp (scanner?). This would look great in a square format too.

Thank you all for your comments... and it is a good idea Dave to send "them" a print out... I just don't know if they go to a school or not... and may be I have to print copy for each one of them... I started to count them now for the first time :-)

The same story happens here too. May be it is a common thing among the children of the world (and ofcourse our world, the 3rd one). I feel it very interesting as it brings an unknown visior and the natives very closer to grow faith and friendship on each other. It also helps to get easy access inside any village or locality. Anyway, your picture is a great one as you have exploited the backdrop, its colors, light and shadows. Composition is also made it great. One can see a complete travelogue in one picture. Great image, Aiman.

No Osvaldo... they are the native villagers... it is there home, and I was the "tourist", even though I'm Egyptian just like them... but this was there way of expressing there welcoming to us.
