Debra, this is a masterful capture. The composition is perfect and the contrast is wonderful. It is a very powerful image, very compelling. The emotional appeal soars through the roof. Khafid is correct when he speaks about this being a military icon, and you have captured it with dignity,

Debra I agree with Khafid. I saw this image and it took me back to when my Daddy was burried. When I saw the flag folding ceremonies was the only time I didn't feel dspair. For a moment I felt pride. Thanks for sharing the wonderful image.

Debra, this is a powerful image of the burial of of soldier. I love Bill and I will miss him sorely. I love this image in black and white. The contrast and composition are remarkable. There is a certain sorrow in this image and a strength as well. I don't know how you continue to do it, but you keep putting some of the most wonderful images out there one after another.
