Sorry that the scan does not look as nice as the slide, and I do not know PS well yet.
Because of the strong sun, and her wearing a hat, her face was heavily shadowed. So, I used the N80's built-in flash to add some fillflash to remove some of the shadow.
That water really is that dirty (I cringe when I think what person will use that glass next, that she is washing in that water).
