About This was taken in predawn light with a blue/yellow polarizer turned to blue, on tripod. It had snowed the night before, sugar-coating the mountains beautifully. It was almost unbearably cold, and I didn't have nearly enough clothing. But it was worth it. Location: Herbert Lake, Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada.

well sure maybe images like this are photographed on a very regular basis, but the results here are far from ordinary. It takes time, dedication, skill, vision and perseverence (just to name a few) to capture the images in this portfolio, another nice one Ken. Maybe you got frostbite, but yep, its worth it.

Personal point or insight???? whatever!

Another nice photo of a nice scene that's been done by about 2,000,000 or more other photographers. I fail to see the personal point of view or insight.

Another nice one, Kenneth...this is a bit more graphical/abstract in nature (uh...so to speak) for you.

The blue brings across the coldness well.

Kenneth,

I hope you didn't take offense to what I commented on yesterday. I was just jealous. You have some very, very good shots on here. You have done an excellent job for only doing this about 2 years. Maybe somehow you can combine the Bio-Chem and Photography ( or get rich quick and then pursue photography full time lol). Keep 'em coming!!!

Nothing I can say will do justice to this picture. Well done.
