About This was taken with a 2-stop (info added for Pierre) ND grad and a polarizer, at the hyperfocal distance, on tripod. I arrived at this location under a solid, thick layer of cloud. I was quite prepared to go home without a good shot but decided to wait until sun has set. Then, out of nowhere, rays of light magically shone through the clouds. The light was changing so fast I shot a whole roll without moving the tripod very far. Location: Mt Burgess from Emerald Lake, Yoho National Park, British Columbia, Canada.

Another winner Kenneth. Makes me remember what a truly beautiful place BC is and you show it at its' best.

Constructive comments.... Hmmmm, I would try, however; due to my mouth salivating, I can't.

Sweet.

This one definitely works here!! I personally would like a bit more of the rocks in the foreground, would balance the image better in my opinion. No complaints though. Good job.

Been there, tried that, didn't work. After my experience, I tip my hat to you for the effort and success. Nice choice of camera position. The bigger lake makes the mountain look smaller, less balanced. I had a lot of trouble with exposure; evidently the ND grad is critical.

Wow, congrat. Kenneth for this shot, I really like the saturation of the colour in it....

For your neutral density...what number was it???

Once again congratulation.
