Every few years I become a conservationalist--I don't believe in clear cutting. As an old man I can still hold my breath underwater for over two minutes--not like as a youth--ah, well, a beautiful wife, a wonderful son, an art that pays for itself instead of you paying it. It could be worse. And remember, you are only as great as your enemies--love you Steve.
Hi William. This is great portrait. The low key really suits the subject too. Nowhere else to look but the facial expression and the character. Excellent work and I wish I had taken it.
This image is like a Rembrandt's painting, really wonderful warm light on the face and an intensive light in the eyes, great result, really! And instead of thinking of someone who gos under the water, this face let me dream about a captain of an old ship.
My record stands at 3 minutes 17 seconds. Every week I train 3 times. Freediving in the pool. Just to be able to get the most out of freediving when on vacation. It is perfect, you don't scare the fish away with the sound of you regulators.
Nice pic, like the way everything is black, except for the face.
