The movement blur adds to the interest of this shot... it's like I can see what a "purr" looks like!
THe colours are also some nice eye candy... so bright and vivid.

An original perspective! It is surely possible to increase the (apparent) sharpness with some Photoshop tricks, but I don't think that is absolutely necessary. The cat is still very clearly a cat, so the message of your image is well received.

Haha... so sweet, cute and funny! Also really well composed at the same time! The blurriness is movement unsharpness I think...because everything else is so sharp and focused. So it is like it should be, and in my opinion you should leave it like this! I find it perfect!

I fear it is to late to sharpen this wonderful shot. I really like it as it is and I would leave it that way. I think the cats movement and the shallow dof have caused the problem. You could have went for a smaller aperture but you might have lost this precious moment.
