Environmental portraits are something special... It's great to see a person in what can be called their typical surroundings. The fact that you appear to be genuinely concentrated on your job is great. The B&W is ideal here, it promotes the geometry of the pipes, and lets you stand out nicely against the darker background. The composition is good with you in that corner, and the large environmental area.

But why oh why did you have to hide your face behind that pipe??? Get back in that place, remove the pipe that's obstructing your face, and retake the shot! It has so much potential!
