Thanks for that Tony. I have it on EPZ and it did get the editor's vote - was therefore up for an EC. Will look into some local stuff. Right now, "real life" is totally intruding on my time photographically. Once again, thank you - means a lot.

The color may be nice, but the shape of the eyes of the dog is what matters, well, in my humble opinion.

Yes, colour is interesting, but quite busy because of the colour of the little girl's clothing. I always ask myself: does colour add anything? If the answer is yes, then I do not convert to mono - almost 90% of the time it stays as shot.
