If this was a color slide, I'm sure it looks more interesting projected on a screen. Scans of slides leave a lot to be desired. On sizing, most of us actually have to make our images smaller to submit them here. A 5 Megapixel digital camera makes an image that's 2500x1900 (approx.) so it has to be reduced to be usable here. Most photo editing software programs will let you size your pics after they're shot or scanned. Best of luck.

Depending on the quality of the original the size can be assisted in the scanning of a print or by using a tool like photoshop. I use a digital camera which makes sizing fairly simple but I always have to downsize my shots which sometimes effects their clarity. Regards John
