Really i don't have any formula dear Soumya. I'm using very simple and free program "Google-Picasa 3"
and always calibrate all my photos by rule of thumb.

I like so much the amount of details in this image: the man on the right side, the concentrated look on their faces. I like the bw tones and the acuracy (as always), and the square crop. And they didn't noticed you. One of my favorites.
