About Can you bring him out of the frame ? I wish if I could, This is a photograph of a little boy at a relief camp in Gosaba, India which was hit by the Cyclone Aila.
There was a distribution going on at that time by NGOS and people were given biscuits(something the third world is fed up of chewing)
