Thanks Andre, the person in the shirt was there sister. I thought about tighter crop but liked having the steering wheel in there. Checkered shirts are hard to hide. Thanks for the good words and comment.

Hi Stan,
You caught these two just perfectly. The image has a real honest look to it. I'm not sure, but cropping the person in the background out and going with a closer crop on the kids might even put more emphasis on the great expressions.
Great candid!
Andre

Thanks Dan, the plaid shirt was big sister. I agree about a little tighter crop. The truck was red of course but I converted to b/w to tone things down. The plaid shirt was green and blue. Did not have patience to clone out. Thanks for your thoughts.

Nothing more fun than riding in a firetruck :) My dad was a fire chief ... I really enjoyed this image... imho a tighter crop to take out the adult on the right may help with not being drawn away from the main shot of the children which are wonderful ...cheers Dan

Two contrasting expressions from these two lovely looking kids. The little girl has an endearing little smile on her pretty little face whilst the lad is being real macho in his role of fireman. Wonderful mono tones and great detailing, well done to you Stan. My very best wishes to you as always......Ray
