Dear Bazil,
Thank you for your detailed comments on some of my works. Unfortunately, I am hopelessly tied with my day job these days, and cannot respond to conversation as I used to do. Probably you can comprehend.
I am very glad that this is one of my images that you chose to comment on, since (as you have probably guessed) it's one of my favourites too. This is the color version, I have a mono version of this too, which you can see here: https://www.usefilm.com/image/1498015.html
The mono is my preferred version. The way I chose the title of this will probbaly give you an idea about how I felt about this composition - I have this strong line down the middle, separating a dark part and a lighter part, with two kids, one in motion, the other somewhat frozen. I am challenging the bookish definitions of composition, and am also trying to throw in a flavour of Yin and Yang.
Please excuse me if none of that made any sense. I am known to be quirky.

An emotive image, with some smart key points, the face being blured whilst the child's face being in focus touches something inside of me.
As someone who comes from Africa, this image represents the type of snapshots I often see in the shanty environments I often work in. It also have a South American flavour which took me by surprise.
I find the strong vertical in the background a distraction, but realistically when you take these images, you get what you get.
This is a start of a conversation, where is the rest of the dialogue?

It looks like someone doing the tango with a giant, it's a pity about the vertical line it somehow forces the mind to separate the two subjects, an interesting shot, nonetheless

Try out a rear curtain sync flash in apreture or shutter priority - baki sob kichu same rakho..you will see what I meant.
