Thanks Wolf, this was taken in a very dark room assisted with my on board flash and some desaturation. There was one little halogen spot on the left of the stage. The other light was a small spot light right of the stage and 6 meters away from them. Sorry about the mikes but it was a live performance and not a portrait session. I am posting one of Caleb dedicated to you today. Hope you like it.

Yes Ken, you would have enjoyed our communities surprises of the talent shared that night. The pot luck was a real showcase of some fine cooking. We do a lot with a little around here.

Thanks Gary, I desaturated it almost completely to focus on the two. The color was more distracting with that wall paper behind them. There was some wine and scotch available. You would have enjoyed their fine musical offerings.

Always good to see parent and child sharing something constructive. I like the almost completely desaturated look you've given the image. Do they take requests? Mine's a Guinness.
