I don't see a question mark, but now that you explained it it makes sense. By the way, welcome to UF. :) And I totally agree with you about rinsing the fruit before eating - in fact, I'd rather have organic ;) But they do look very tasty.

The caption ends with a question mark leaving the conclusion of sourness or sweetness to the viewer's imagination. The boy of course will know if he gets to taste the grapes, but we do not know if he succeeds in getting to taste them or not (provided his parents allow him to eat directly knowing the grapes are to be rinsed prior to consumption as they are now covered with pesticide at the moment). The boy's expression is one of eagerness and curiosity. That's why the caption is a question more than a conclusive statement.

Excellent exposure, Wesley. Those grapes don't look too sour though, nor does the look on the boy's face.... or is he about to find out they are sour?
