About Used a high pass filter to give some mood to this scene. Torquay is a natural harbour within the English Channel and is positioned in the South West of England. Warmed by the Gulf Stream it is usually warmer throughout the year. We have palm trees and it is unusual to see snow in winter. This is a the region for holidays with water sports and inland we have national parks and stunning scenery.
