I did not use a tripod. this was a shot from out of a building window. I used photoshop to blur
the picture for 4%

Good shot, Pascal. I am assuming that you used a tripod for this shot, so then how did some of the neon writings come blurred ? (e.g. Panasonic) what f stop did you use ?
