About A pelican in St James' Park, London, UK. Unfortunately he seemed very happy between two fences (the other is between us) and didn't want to move. I'm not sure where the tradition comes from to keep these birds there, but they are well protected and seem happy. Despite the fence I liked his somewhat comical expression and spent a bit of time with him.
