A good and simple study in just a few colors in which the vase stands for the simple form and the roses for the more complex natural forms. The plasticity of the vase is very nice with the help of the lights and shadpows on it. It's cylinder symmetry is immediately tangible. Together with the roses it makes up for the main enseble in a ver good simple form which seems to be the best taste at all.
The background does a compliment to the main object without reducing its importance. Now, if only that red petal (is that a petal?) would be completely on image!
Good one, very good one!
Cheers!

Gracias Adrian por los comentarios constructivos. La imagen esta iluminado por una ventana con cortina, seguramente si hubiera puesto una luz puntual para iluminar la flor quedaria mejor... voy a probar un dia. Gracias.

This is a very pleasing, simple but effective composition. However, on my monitor at least, I can't see much detail in the flower heads, I think it'd be a stronger image if they were lightened (or had been lit) to bring that out more.
