You are right JD and I took my influence directly from there.

I am trying to visualise a photo in my head that I want to take in camera. But before I can do that I have to experiment a little with various surfaces, lighting, 'how thick to make the layers of objects' and even whether to cover the objects with cloth or not to stop stray light.
In camera (I want to use Velvia) would be time consuming and possibly expensive so I am experimenting beforehand with digital cameras and scanners.
A very big nod indeed to the wonderful Carl.
Cheers.
Paul

Good light and shadows to create a feeling of depth, I like the fill-frame crop, nice natural colors and details, a good one for the project...well done Paul!! :))
