Muchas muchas muchas gracias, Alicia! Diablo y he pasado dos noches fuera allí esta semana. Hoy sus patas son tan cansado, no puede caminar. Él todavía está durmiendo. Pobre bebé.

Thanks, Brigitte... Pondering your question last night while shooting out there again, it appears mostly water but I am sure wind also plays a role. And gravity, some of the hoodoos eventually collapse.

I agree with you on the potential for HDR here, Paul. Last night, I did some triple shots to try it out with... as I understand, you stop up 1 and down 1 and one normal...?

Thanks, Bernar... you have no idea how hard it is to shoot this place. Because everywhere you turn, there's another photo potential... it's like I could be here for days on end and really never see but a minuscule portion.

Wow, these colors are nice... what a difference between this one and the last photo. So, what has caused this erosion? Wind, water, both?

This would be a good shot to use HDRI, so you could restore some color to the sky, Dave.
