When the sky is boring, don't photograph the sky. Look for other things to photograph in the scene. The color grad won't fix it. It just looks like a photograph of a color grad.
This looks like it must be a beautiful place. If the photograph you wanted to make isn't there, then come back another day, and in the meanwhile, take the opportunity to explore the details. Often the best photographs are the ones that are unplanned.

Looks sooooo beautiful! Very nice colours and great mood! Fantastic slippery water quality and beautiful reflections! It would have been great to keep the full reflections in the water... Well, it's beautiful anyway. Perhaps just a little bit over sharpnened.
