So you don't think my concept was "tacky"??? Cool... However, I don't think it would be great to have a "nekkid" woman or swaying drunken anyone in ALL your shots... lol...
This one just kind of gave me that image in my mind's eye.
Beautiful whichever way I view it... as is, or through my Full Moon Fever Fantasy/ Run-away Imaginitis.

Thanks, Mike. The painting with light is so hit and miss... if you are not careful, it almost looks like you were just using a flash. Controlling the beam spread is also difficult. Most shots are a waste.

I did get a drunken Navajo to pose for me on my Gallup shoot. Unfortunately, he swayed so much it was useless. LOL. I'm still laughing about that.

Wonderful shot Dave.
Great coloring and and awesome job lighting the tree.
I like the exposure as it you get the motion blur from the stars that almost look like fireworks.

Eerie romance is what I see and feel here CM Dave.
I imagine a naked woman crouching like a wild cat on the rock in the foreground... Not a full frontal nude... Howling at the Moon perhaps??? Too common? Tacky? Hmmm... Maybe... Full Moon fever on my part pobably... but I can almost see her there! (Wonder if she could say still for 2 mins 31 seconds... lol... or maybe the ghosting of her movement would be "interesting".)
I really love the mood of this shot, hon, and your night photography is becoming more and more amazing! As a landscape, with no cat woman, it stands on its own merit naturally!
Glad you had a chance to take the time to go a-hunting and playing and experimenting.
