I would not want to be that tree - nor you in that case. Hope you did not have far to go to some dry spot to weather the storm yourself.
Excellent image. Love the dark sky and your choice of B&W. The tree on the left frames the patch of lighter sky where the rain is more apparent. Love the layers and depth. Once again - an excellent image.

I like the way the two trees follow each others shape. Conversion to B&W is good, but in my opinion, the mid distance hills are a little too dark for this image and detail has been lost. Best wishes. Paul
